Kenko 2x Extender Testing

I picked up a Kenko C-AF1 2x TelePlus MC 7 the other day off Craigslist to experiment with. Here are my first test shots, first without the extender and then with the extender. Both shots were using a Canon EF 50mm 1.4 lens on a Canon 5D Mark I to compare the before and after.

It is interesting to note that the extender does not alter the EXIF data reported to the camera in any way and the only difference in the two shots (other than obvious framing) is the shutter speed since I was using Aperature Priority to keep the lens set at f1.4.
